Francis, who has had an immense love for pets since the age of five, spent most of his childhood exploring different kinds of aquatic life and their habitats. As technology advanced, his interest in technology led him to pursue his B.Tech. and an M.S. degree in the United States.
He gained extensive knowledge of the most recent technologies that were emerging in the aquarium industry in the United States.
After six years of work in the US, he decided to return to India with a dream to start his own business. He combined his love for technology with a passion for aquatic life to create something unique.
That’s when the idea of the Chennai Aquarium was born. Countless hours of research and development on the latest technologies and equipment used in the aquarium industry went into making Chennai Aquarium a reality.
